Siempre Contesta
Draft. Not reviewed by an attorney. Last updated October 19, 2026.

Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of contesta956.com and the general limits of the Siempre Contesta service. Paying clients also sign a separate Service Agreement, which controls if the two differ.

1. What the service is

Siempre Contesta is a bilingual AI phone-answering service. It answers calls a shop cannot pick up, collects details, and sends the shop a summary. Callers are told they are speaking with an automated assistant.

2. Not an emergency service

This is not a 911 service. If anyone is in danger, call 911. The assistant can try to transfer an urgent call or alert the shop, but we cannot promise that a transfer or alert will succeed.

3. No professional advice

The assistant does not give legal, medical, safety, or technical repair advice. Nothing on this site or in a call is professional advice.

4. No guarantees

We work hard to make the service dependable, but we do not guarantee uptime, call volume, booked jobs, revenue, or that every call will be answered or understood correctly. Phone forwarding, carriers, and AI speech tools can fail. Results vary by shop.

5. Using this website

Do not misuse the site, try to break or overload it, or copy it to pretend to be us. Examples of calls and texts on this site are made-up examples only.

6. Third-party services

The service depends on outside providers such as phone carriers, an AI phone platform, and email and text delivery. We are not responsible for outages or changes on their side, but we will work to fix what we can.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Siempre Contesta is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed jobs, and its total liability for any claim is limited as stated in the Service Agreement. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions: [email protected].

Preguntas: [email protected].
